Yes you can. We do not lock you into an Exclusive Agreement. When you list with us, we request that you sign a General (non-Exclusive) authority that permits you to list with other agents or brokers if you opt to do so further down the track.

If the buyer saw your ad on our website, they can either call you directly (provided you exposed your telephone number) or they can send you an online enquiry. If, however, the buyer saw your business or property on one of the 3rd party portals such as SeekBusiness.com.au, BusinessforSale.com.au, or CommercialRealEstate.com.au, they will either call our office or send an online enquiry. The online enquiries are passed on to you automatically in real time. The telephone enquiries are handled by our professional staff who will collect buyer’s details and email them to you, and then give them your phone number also if you chose to display it on our site. Please note that our telephone lines are open from 9am ’til 5pm AEST/AEDT 5 days a week. If the buyer calls outside this time, we pass on the message first thing the following morning.

When a buyer makes an online enquiry about your business or property, our system automatically takes care of this enquiry in two ways. These are: 1. Sending the enquiry directly to your email address 2. Sending your contact details by text.

This is a very straightforward process. On signing up with us, you will be directed to a page where you will be requested to itemise the specifics about your business or commercial property. If you have everything ready to go, the procedure can be as speedy as 30 minutes. If however, you don’t have it all prepared, then we can enter in only the information that we have and we can always come back to it later when you are ready.

Please ensure that photos are taken in landscape mode. We recommend that the photos are under 1mb. Yes. You have the option to keep these details private. When entering your business or commercial property address you will be able to choose to show your full address or only the suburb. If you opt to use only the suburb, your full address will not be promoted. Along the same lines, you are also given the choice to keep your phone number private. Please note that your phone number can only be exhibited on the Business Promote website and not third party portals (see related FAQs).

When you are listing your business or commercial property, a special screen requests that you choose the relevant photos from your computer to be uploaded to our website. The process is very straightforward. Drag and drop the photos or use the “Click Here” button to upload. It couldn’t be simpler.

You are allowed to advertise your contact details on Business Promote. However, third party portals such as SeekBusiness.com.au and Commercialrealestate.com.au do not allow vendor contact details to be displayed in the advertisements. Up to 20 photos per listing. Generally, 12 to 15 photos are sufficient to showcase a property, and sometimes less for a business depending on the type. Remember to take your photos in landscape mode, not portrait.
